====== Unboxing and Assembly ======

The printer is assembled at the factory, tested, and partially disassembled for shipment. 

Follow the included Elegoo instructions for inboxing and assembly. They provide a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAOR25cMWbk|YouTube Video]] which is good to follow for the first two parts, up to the 5:38 mark. (We will divert from Elegoo's Quick Start setup process in favor of more accurate and reliable methods.) When assembling, use a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machinist_square|machinist square]] to assure the z frame is square to the x-y bottom. 

Pay close attention to setting the printer's correct voltage via the marked switch. You may need a flat head screwdriver to reach into the switch. 

Adjust carefully the cable to the head, inserting through the guides, and use the included zip ties to route along the frame. Make sure there's not too much slack yet just enough for the full range of X motion.

Tension the belts so they have just a bit of spring and have no slack.
